The energy industry is one of the industries that built modern Romania. With over a century of tradition and a key role in the functioning of the economy, energy today means infrastructure, investment, technology and strategic projects. But beyond all that, energy is people.

The people behind energy

We rarely see them. They do not appear in statistics or in discussions about production or consumption. And yet, through their day-to-day work, energy reaches our homes, sustains hospitals, schools, industry and all economic life. It is those people who choose this field, learn it and carry it forward every day.

With this in mind, FPE (Federația Patronală a Energiei) launched the campaign„I am the energy of the country”, a communication initiative on social media and dedicated page, which brings the people behind the sector into the spotlight. The campaign was born out of the need to make their contribution more visible and to create a bridge between the public and those who keep a vital sector of the country's economy running.
