We invite you to follow the representatives of the energy sector, i.e. those who can say „I am the energy of the country.”.

We gave them the microphone and the spotlight to discover their life stories, their passion for their profession and their dedication to others.

Romanian International Energy Conference (RIEC) continues the RIGC tradition and brings together energy sector leaders, representatives of national and European authorities, experts and regional and international partners in Bucharest every year.

The topics of discussion for each edition are selected from the main concerns of the sector, with a focus on energy security, legislation, new technologies and cooperation in Eastern Europe and within the European Union.

The event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy.

Viitorul Energiei is a project with the mission to educate the public about the new technologies of the energy transition, through the viitorulenergiei.ro platform and social media channels.

An important component of this project is the events dedicated to the dialog between governments, private sector representatives, lawyers, etc., in particular on the legislative changes necessary for the development of new technologies.

These meetings take place behind closed doors, but are followed by the drafting of policy papers by EPF specialists, which are made public through our channels.

Romanian International Gas Conference is one of the most important energy sector events in Romania and the region.

The conference runs over 2 days and the panels include top-ranking speakers: ministers from European countries, energy experts, top EU representatives.

As a confirmation of the excellent development and relevance of this event, the most recent editions have enjoyed the patronage of the Ministry of Energy.

We aim to inform the public about the changes in the energy sector, their impact on each of us, global trends that may also have an impact on the future.

Through the series New Economy, we bring to Romanians specialists in energy and related areas to help us prepare, informed, for the new realities.

Pact for Jobs, realized with National Confederation for Women's Entrepreneurship, is tasked with finding solutions to reduce labor shortages.

The actions stemming from this initiative are a starting point for improving legislation and negotiating with government decision-makers to alleviate the staffing problems faced by both large companies and SMEs.

This annual event brings together representatives of the energy sector and marks the main achievements of the moment by honoring companies and personalities in the field.

The event is well attended by those who want to savor both successes and moments of celebration, celebrating partnerships and shared values.

Partnership Agreement "Pact for Entrepreneurship Education" was signed in 2019 with Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) and National Confederation for Women's Entrepreneurship (CONAF)).

The aim of this partnership is to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial skills among young people through new and creative ways of teaching and learning.

Federation of Energy Employers (FPE) supports and implements projects with European funding to contribute to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the Romanian energy industry, thus aligning with European objectives in terms of digitalization and social dialogue.

Through these initiatives, the EPF aims to support both the digital transformation of the energy sector and the improvement of social dialog, thus contributing to a more stable and competitive business environment in line with European standards and requirements.
