We challenge you to think: what first comes to mind when you say „energy”? Electricity grid, gas infrastructure, wells, wind, solar panels, control stations? All these are indeed essential elements of the complex system that provides the country with energy. But how many of us would associate energy with the people who produce it?
Being a good Romanian means living, working and giving your time, skills and efforts to Romania. Just like employees in the energy sector. Because beyond infrastructure, capital, buildings and equipment, Romania's energy comes from the people who actually produce it. The energy sector means first and foremost the people who work in the refineries, on the extraction fields, on the wind farms, in the distribution grid and so on. and who, overwhelmingly, are Romanian citizens.

Federația Patronală a Energiei currently has 15 member companies with various profiles and activities in the energy field: from oil and gas producers to renewable energy producers, from transportation companies to equipment manufacturers.
How is it possible to harmonize this diversity? By pursuing common goals: the good energy supply of the country and the prosperity of employees and Romanians through the major economic impact of these companies.

The companies and implicitly Federația Patronală a Energiei is the sum of the activities, skills and efforts of the people who work in this sector every day. We are proud of all those who provide energy to the country and we affirm that they are worthy of the respect and appreciation of all our fellow citizens.
By creating and maintaining a significant number of jobs, FPE members contribute to the development of the economy and the well-being of individuals. Because caring for the country means caring for its energy and the people who inhabit it, both employees and beneficiaries.

The work of energy employees means energy security. Local production has the advantage of a secure supply of energy from domestic resources and convenient and fair access to energy.
