Federația Patronală a Energiei and the Romanian Diplomatic Institute are launching the second edition of the ‘Energy Diplomacy’ program, aimed at strengthening applied expertise in the field and in-depth understanding of the relationship between energy, geopolitics and foreign policy, according to a press release sent to AGERPRES.
The program provides participants with applied analytical tools on the interdependencies between energy, the global economy and international relations, as well as a deeper understanding of the diplomatic mechanisms through which states negotiate, cooperate and manage risks.
