Franck Neel, President FPE
”People are the engine, but also the goal of all the efforts that energy companies undertake, whether in the area of oil and gas, renewables or decarbonization technologies. Because our work only makes sense in an economic environment and a prosperous, enterprising people who value our products in their own work.
It is also our mission to cultivate one of the great Romanian resources: knowledge, especially technological expertise in energy production. Companies in the energy sector are teams of well-trained Romanians, thanks to the previous generations who have passed on the baton and to the university environment, as well as to the efforts to improve their skills in their day-to-day work. It is a great responsibility, but also a joy to be able to contribute to maintaining the standards of professionalism in our field. We are proud to have professionals working in our field who choose Romania every day and who are confident in the sector's prospects and those of the country.
