This document summarizes discussions at the round table entitled "Oil tax regime in the oil sector offshore in Romania".
Following event organized by Energy Policy Group in collaboration with Association Romanian Licensees Offshore Black Sea (ARCOMN) have been formulated, on the basis of the data and arguments presented, recommendations for For further information Government policies, Agency National for Mineral Resources (ANRM) and the Romanian Parliament.
Also, this "policy paper" aims to provide the interested public with enlightening information on a subject that is often the subject of much debate emotional and disproportionate.
