Improving social dialog at all levels through empowering social partners in the energy sector, project code 304960
OIL AND GAS EMPLOYERS' FEDERATIONas beneficiary, in partnership with PETROM NATIONAL UNION implements the project #TOGETHERforENERGY - Uniting for Social Dialogue - Improving social dialog at all levels by empowering social partners in the energy sector, project code 304960.
The project is co-funded by the European Social Fund+ and runs from 01.04.2024 - 31.03.2026.
Overall objective of the project is directly linked to the EOP objective ESO 4.2 which aims to modernize labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs, provide prompt and specialized assistance and support matching supply and demand, transitions and mobility in the labour market. The funding application contributes to this objective through activities designed on the basis of the integrated principle and targeting social partners and strengthening social dialogue and employment and training partnerships.
The project is aimed at a total target group of 50 leaders/members of the trade union/management organizations that are part of the partnership formula and the trade union nuclei they belong to; 2 national level social dialogue partners from the oil and gas collective bargaining sector (the two entities involved in the partnership formula).
The total eligible amount of the project is 2.352.481,06 lei from which 1.797.401,26 lei EU contribution and 555.079,80 lei eligible amount from the national budget.

The main expected results of the project are:
- 2.1 - 1 SWOT analysis developed (identifying relevant support services for trade union members)

- 2.1 - 2 organizations supported during the project implementation period in order to strengthen social dialogue
- 2.1 - 50 trade union leaders recruited in project activities
- 2.1 - 1 recruitment campaign for new members
- 2.2 - 1 "One-Stop-Shop" type of one-stop-shop operated
- 2.2 - 2 nationally supported trade union organizations
- 2.2 - 1 E-caravan
- 2.3 - 1 independent study developed
- 2.3 - 1 Compendium of Social Dialogue
- 4.1 - 100 printed course materials
- 4.1 - Minimum 50 trained persons (Individuals who are part of the target group of the project and participate in training programs. Certified individuals from the target group)
- 4.1 - 10 course series
- 4.1 - 2 organizations supported during the project implementation period in order to strengthen social dialogue
- 4.1 - 50 modules for Sustainable Development in print
- 4.1 - 50 modules for Promoting equal opportunities, gender equality and non-discrimination
- 4.1 - 50 trade union leaders attending the academy event
- 4.1 - 2 academy series organized
- 3.1 - 2 organizations supported during the project implementation in order to strengthen social dialogue.
- 3.1 - 1 CCM monitoring tool operationalized
- 3.1 - 16 seminars organized within a Social Dialogue Club
- 3.1 - minimum 5 volunteers involved in the implementation of the CCM monitoring tool
