project #TOGETHERforENERGY is implemented by Federația Patronală a Energieias beneficiary, in partnership with Petrom National Union.

Co-funded by European Social Fund+ through the Education and Employment Program, the project runs in the period April 01, 2024 - March 31, 2026.

The main objective is to build a functional social dialogue adapted to today's challenges by training 50 trade union and employer leaders, developing modern analysis and monitoring tools, and creating a Social Dialogue Club. In parallel, the initiative is promoting European best practices and preparing a sectoral agreement on sustainability and energy transition.

Through these actions, #TOGETHERforENERGY helps modernize energy employment relations, create a balanced framework for cooperation and prepare the sector for the changes brought by the energy transition.
