Federația Patronală a Energiei and Petrom National Trade Union continue their investment in the development of social dialogue in the energy sector by launching Group 2 of the training program „Social Dialogue from A to Z”, which will run from February 9 to 12, 2026, online.
The initiative is part of the #TOGETHERforENERGY - United for social dialog - Improving social dialogue at all levels by empowering the social partners in the energy sector, SMIS: 304960, a strategic approach that responds to the growing need for cooperation, professionalization and adaptation of industrial relations to the profound transformations in the energy industry.
The new course series brings together representatives of social partners interested in strengthening social dialog skills, providing a practical and up-to-date approach on how consultation and negotiation mechanisms are built, sustained and developed at European and national level.
During the program, participants will explore fundamental concepts of social dialog, European models organization, role of key institutions, including the European Economic and Social Committee, and the realities and challenges of social dialog in Romania.
By organizing this program, the project partners reaffirm their commitment to support a strong social dialogue based on professionalism, transparency and collaboration, essential for the stability and sustainable development of the energy sector.
