After two years of implementation, the European project #TOGETHERforENERGY – United for social dialogue – Improving social dialogue at all levels by empowering social partners in the energy sector concludes with the organization of the final conference, which will take place on March 31, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM, online.
Implemented by Federația Patronală a Energiei, in partnership with Petrom National Union, the project took place during the period April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2026 and aimed to strengthen social dialogue in the energy sector by developing the skills and enhancing the capacity of social partners to participate actively and effectively in consultation and negotiation processes.
The final conference serves as both a moment for review and a framework for analyzing how conducted activities have contributed to improving social dialogue at various levels. In this context, the results obtained, the tools developed, and the best practices identified will be highlighted, as well as the necessary action directions for the long-term consolidation of cooperation among relevant actors in the energy sector.
Through its activities, the project #TOGETHERforENERGY contributed to the development of a more coherent and effective framework for social dialogue, supporting cooperation between social partners and facilitating the exchange of experience and best practices at the energy sector level.
The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Education and Employment Operational Programme 2021-2027.
