President Nicu\u0219or Dan and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan are in talks with OMV Petrom representatives on Monday, while the government is considering price caps, subsidies for the economy and restarting the Petrotel Ploie\u0219ti refinery to avoid a possible fuel shortage.<\/p>\n<p>From the top of OMV, the warnings were stark.
