Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei and Petrom National Trade Union continue their investment in the development of social dialogue in the energy sector by launching Group 2 of the training program \u201eSocial Dialogue from A to Z\u201d<\/strong>, which will run from February 9 to 12, 2026, online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative is part of the #TOGETHERforENERGY<\/strong> - United for social dialog<\/strong><\/a> - Improving social dialogue at all levels by empowering the social partners in the energy sector, SMIS: 304960, a strategic approach that responds to the growing need for cooperation, professionalization and adaptation of industrial relations to the profound transformations in the energy industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new course series brings together representatives of social partners<\/strong> interested in strengthening social dialog skills<\/strong>, providing a practical and up-to-date approach on how consultation and negotiation mechanisms are built, sustained and developed at European and national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the program, participants will explore fundamental concepts of social dialog<\/strong>, European models<\/strong> organization, role of key institutions<\/strong>, including the European Economic and Social Committee, and the realities and challenges of social dialog<\/strong> in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By organizing this program, the project partners reaffirm their commitment to support a strong social dialogue based on professionalism, transparency and collaboration<\/strong>, essential for the stability and sustainable development of the energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petrom National Trade Union is a representative trade union organization in the energy sector. The main objective of the organization is to represent and defend the professional, economic and social rights and interests of its members, in accordance with the legislation in force and the principles of social dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Petrom National Trade Union actively participates in the negotiation and application of Collective Bargaining Agreements, in the social dialog structures and in the improvement of working conditions of its members.
