We ended 2024 with an important change of identity: we became Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei, leaving behind the name Oil and Gas Employers' Federation, as it no longer covered the myriad of concerns that our members have. If under the name of the Oil and Gas Employers' Federation we created and strengthened our representativeness for this essential sector of the country, we are now sailing in the new seas of the energy transition, in a strong fleet of energy companies, produced from both conventional and renewable sources.<\/p>\n

The energy transition means new technologies, new strategies, a large amount of information for specialists and the public. In order to sustain our country's energy future, we need both the implementation of these technologies and a public that is aware of them, accepts them and ultimately uses them.<\/p>\n

Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei is committed to this mission, to create a dialog between partners working on the development of new technologies, as well as between energy producers and citizens, in order to provide accurate information.<\/p>\n

Creating the legislative framework<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stimulating the dialog between partners in Romanian society and economy is essential to create the necessary legislative framework for the development of the energy sector. Only by bringing legislators, specialists, citizens, associations and the business community to the same table can we weigh up the implications of change and launch the new wave of energy in the country.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The best dialog is based on figures. That's why we conduct research in partnership with reputable specialists to shed light on the financial realities and the implications that the laws have on the functioning of the energy system.<\/p>\n

Representativeness<\/strong><\/p>\n

We take part in working groups, task forces, and consultations with the legislative environment to communicate the views of companies and citizens, the interests of energy employees, the prospects for development, bottlenecks and challenges in the energy sector. While our members carry out their jobs in refineries, stations, offices, on ships or offshore platforms, on photovoltaic fields, in test centers and universities, we make their interests known so that society can benefit as much as possible from their work.<\/p>\n

Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Romanian citizens are the main beneficiaries and partners of our efforts. That's why, through our own web platforms, podcasts, articles, broadcasts and events, we shed light on energy. This will prepare Romanians to use new technologies, to embrace new local ways of producing energy for the good of the community, to invest in the most profitable companies and, in general, to be part of the energy present and future.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The new generation<\/strong><\/p>\n
