It is possible that, following a request for erasure, we may anonymize the data (thus depriving them of their personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes under these conditions;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to restrict processing<\/strong>under certain conditions;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong> - the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and easily readable format, and the right to have such data transmitted by Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei (FPE) to another data controller, insofar as the conditions provided by law are met;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to oppose<\/strong> - The right to object to processing activities can be exercised by submitting a request as indicated below;<\/li>\n<li>at any time, for reasons relating to the data subject's particular situation, that the data concerning him or her may be processed in the legitimate interest of the Employers' Federation of Energy (FPE) or in the public interest, unless Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei (FPE) can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;<\/li>\n<li>At any time, free of charge and without any justification, to have the data concerning him or her processed for direct marketing purposes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The right not to be subject to a decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects him or her;<\/li>\n<li>The right to apply to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or to the competent courts, to the extent you deem necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For any further questions on how your personal data is processed and to exercise your rights mentioned above, please contact dpo@fpe.ro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confidentiality of minors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Federa\u021bia Patronal\u0103 a Energiei (FPE) does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18.
